As most of you will agree, Maggie Thatcher was one of the greatest leaders this Country has ever had.

Unfortunately, just like Bielsa she was stubborn and unwilling to change.

Look what happened there!!!!!

Prime example of be careful what you wish for because as has been proven she was better than all those that followed. That'll be the case with Bielsa if he also gets hounded out.

Morning all

Totally agree with Elland and Infadel, Bielsa has too **** off and do it before it's too late. I couldn't care about Bielsaball I care about results and at this point we won't get promoted.

The man is a numpty or as stubborn as Wenger haven't decided yet. I get he's meant to be a fantastic coach but jesus the fact he names his starting 11, days before the game is stupid. The act he never changes his starting 11 is stupid. The fact younger managers can figure him out is just tragic. This tactical genius has been sussed out by Bowyer and Charlton is tragic.

He's been in the country for a year and still speaks Spanish with a translator really doesn't impress me at all. How s he communicating with the players on daily basis?

I don't think that White was found Bielsa I think he was found by Orta the same with Eddie.

I'm sorry he needs to go.

For me this is really feeling like the Season Blackwell was sacked and Wise got us relegated
You're entitled to your opinion. Just a pity it's wrong! :D

Seriously, wrt the Spanish, he does speak english. As he says himself, he speaks football english, but not everyday conversational english. Surely for someone so results driven as yourself, getting the job done is the important bit - not the style of communication? <whistle>

WJ, are you suggesting that I (the seeker of truth and justice) is also wrong? <yikes>

Last season, if he had just given Izzy Brown just an opportunity to show what he could do, we could be in the Prem by now!

Instead, we had players like Hernandez who could barely stand up straight in the play offs
He did. Izzy had many chances, but didn't take them. Playing in occasional 5 minute bursts for the u23s is not impressive.

Mike, he wasn't even given a chance, even though he was free scoring and best player obviously for the U23's.
Erm, must have been in u23 matches I didn't get to see.

He was always the same, every match I was there. Woke up for up to 5 minutes, once, perhaps twice each match. Let everyone around him do all the work. Needed to look up 'pressing' in the dictionary, but was too lazy to do it. Didn't even make himself 1st pick for the u23s. Kids around him were getting 1st team bench & game time ahead of him.

A very clear picture for all to see, except the myopic. <doh>

Elland I know it's an ex girlfriend an all, but she's burning in hell now, you don't need to stay loyal to the wicked witch of the South.

We will never know, but slowly dying away without trying to improve things, isn't the way to go, don't want Bielsa gone, but if we lose Eddie and he takes say Bristol City up I might change my mind.

Football is an international language but when you're handing notes to players to put down their socks then what the actual ****. The job isn't getting done is it? Millwall and Charlton are teams we should be beating not being beaten by.

People can sit here and call him the second coming of Jesus but he's just a man who has a job to do and in my eyes he's not doing that job.

The thing is that there will be other club keeping an eye on the situation and if another Championship club get's him on loan and he shines we are gonna look like a bunch of wallies. I suspect that lower Prem clubs will snap him up next season if we don't act now.

Bielsa is on record as saying that when Plan A is not working, they continue with Plan A, as it's the most efficient plan available - which he's developed and finessed through years of analysis & results.

He's used the same predictable style throughout his career, so opposition analysis can't be that good, can it? Or perhaps he's right.

I don't care, I just enjoy watching it. :)

You enjoy watching sideways passing by defenders for 60% of games?

Can honestly say Bieslaball is fooking boring as ,and - so predictable -that's how us and Charlton were able to comfortably tonk you!!!

Reactions: FORZA LEEDS
Almost wish Eddie had a crap match yesterday because every newspaper has a story about Eddie telling Bielsa to pick him, or Eddie leaving for Bristol, or some ex player telling us Eddie will leave or Bielsa is wrong and then Elland trolls the board and we're at full war on here again

Instead of resorting to knee jerk reactions you need to look at the bigger picture and recognise the work Bielsa and his staff have done since their arrival. The whole club from the academy upwards is in a much better position than it was 18 months ago. Now's not the time to advocate a new manager to rip it all apart.

All this bull about not being able to accommodate Eddie in the team <doh> If Bamford gets injured at the weekend, hell have to be fitted in. Unless of course we are one dimensional and have only one way of playing and can't adapt? Hmmm
