I would give sarri a lot more time to implement. If it doesnt work out then we should hire stan to be the new manager

System worked at the start because it was brand new and unknown to everyone. It’s been figured out now quite obviously but there is no plan B at all. Even the subs are still like for like, I could tell you before every game who will come on and who’ll go off and probably what minute it will happen.
Good managers earn their money by being able to adapt and he’s not done that yet but if he wants to keep his job he has to start IMO.

Its not so much that the system doesn't work, more that we do not have the personnel to implement it correctly.
Until the summer, Sarri needs a plan B.
No barkley, More CHO and putting Kante and Hazard back where they belong.
We have exactly 2 world class players, and both have been terribly misused this season.
The acquisition of Higuain hopefully solves the Hazard problem, Kante needs to be addressed.
