Didn't he score at Arsenal during the Double season? I always liked Frank. Always tried his best. I will always remember being at Hillsboro when he scored "that goal!" to send us to Wembley.
I read once that you could always find him at the cockle sheds at Canvey, when not playing of course. Well done mate!

This takes me back...

Penalty Blackburn Rovers. Amari'i Bell draws a foul in the penalty area.
Penalty conceded by Kyle Naughton (Swansea City) after a foul in the penalty area.
Goal! Swansea City 0, Blackburn Rovers 1. Charlie Mulgrew (Blackburn Rovers) converts the penalty with a left footed shot to the bottom right corner.
He was apparently playing as a midfielder yesterday. Subbed at half-time and replaced by Leroy Fer.
Funny how playing a Dutch international midfielder in your midfield instead of a right-back can turn a game around, eh?

Apparently Glenn is responding well but remains in a critical condition.

I wish him a full a speedy recovery and he was certainly one of the greatest footballers every to have the honour of wearing a Spurs shirt. But he let himself down.

A lot of you are not going to like this but he said some extremely obnoxious comments later in life, in particular with regard to disabled people and what goes around comes around. I was so so disappointed that someone gifted with physicaly ability greater than most of us could ever dream of, and someone that I looked up to, even when he went on to manage the chavs, could criticise such people in such a nasty manner.

So, here I go.... perhaps this incident is payback for something that he did in a previous life.
