The ACV means the stadium can’t be sold without others being given the option to bid as well, but any stadium sale would be completely separate to the club sale and nothing to do with the Allams.

Cheers, I thought there was something like that with the ACV. Future sale, I meant of the stadium, not the club. Sorry for the confusion.
 
So,Duffen is involved.

Slightly digressional but I think that if the club is sold at some point in the future,there should be a ceremonial closing of this thread,with it possibly archived for future generations..(or deleted,depending on the mood).
