What would be miraculous? A few in, a few out, a decent striker such as Selke and a pleasant surprise such as Reina.
What would be good? A couple in, and a surprise but relatively exciting name up front, such as Finnbogasson.
What's going to happen? Lee will go back to Feyenoord, who will now say "dude, we told you on the weekend what to do and you're too late - we can't now find a replacement so **** off" and that will be us closed for business at around 5pm.
Will be telling to see if Charnley turns up at the ground tonight. Will say a lot about whether he sits in his hovel watching the media and social media - there's quite a swell of disapproval and he doesn't strike me as the type to take it on the chins.

First bit of disappointment - start as you mean to go on, and all that - sees Mangala off to Everton and Sandro off to Sevilla. So a cracking start.

I am sure I have seen him play before - he was pretty good.
A new keeper is the priority? FFS! So maybe someone is thinking that if we never concede again between now and the end of the season we have a better chance of staying up. A plan so cunning you could stick a tail on it and call it a weasel.
