****, I forgot about The Doors.

It's really not possible to limit your favourite albums to just five.

I go through so many changes in mood that tomorrow's five choices could well be different to todays. Anyway, for today...

Bowie - Ziggy Stardust -- the first album I ever bought on it's day of release
    Hawkwind - A Space Ritual
    Patti Smith - Horses
    The Clash - London Calling
Wagner - Der Ring des Nibelungen (specifically, Siegfried's Death / Funeral Music)

    Massively overrated album...

Dreams of the blue turtle. Sting. So ****ing boring.

Worst album by a fantastic band... The final cut by Pink Floyd. The song writing could have been done by a five year old.

Most successful but **** artist... George Michael.

New categories for you to mull over <ok>

I've just been to the doctors in Brough, I don't know who does their playlist, but I'm impressed, The Who, Bowie, Small Faces and Paul Weller were on while I was waiting.

    PJ Harvey - Dry
The Smiths - Meat Is Murder

You can only scratch the surface with 5. Some great mentions!

I had my yearly health check at Nuffield last week. Dr Hook came on during my prostate exam. Where's Dr Feelgood when you need her?

    Flogging Molly - Drunken Lullabies
    John Mayer - Continuum
Linkin Park - Bleed it Out
Jack's Mannequin - Everything in Transit
    Eric Clapton - Time Pieces

Although Reign in Blood (Anthrax), Master of Puppets (Metallica) and Mutter (Rammstein) would easily be in the top ten.
