Do you pull people up for using just the trust or OWS?
Within that report, Hull City is used twice, once within a quote and once outside of quotes. The web address has Hull City on it. Posters on here refer to the OSC. The post was put up by me for the benefit and information of forum members and was only done so, because OLM could not do his usual fine job of posting the details.

Pathetic and pedantic post PLT.

I just don't get why any City fan would call the club 'Hull'.

No supporter ever used to say it until the last few years. The club have promoted it as one of their anti-City alternative names at times, and apart from that it just smacks of the modern football armchair fan. Usually uttered by someone who also 'supports' Liverpool (and only Liverpool until City made the big time).

It used be an ironic 'Come on Hal' thing because that's what the southern TV neutrals would call us.

What the **** are you on about, it was a report of what was said at a press conference, were David Meyler said Hull City, that was used, were he said Hull, that was how it was reported. A supporter gave up free time to attend, another gave up time to publish and only you trawl through the report looking for something to tear into. Nothing was doctored to suit any agenda, nothing was changed to show any baise and you can see that by the use of Hull City, within the report.

You cannot dictate to supporters what they call the club they support, who do you think you are

Come on U Ull
From Boothferry to Wemblet, we"ll keep the Hull flag flying high
We are Ull we are Ull.

All should not be sung because the dictator PLT say's you are a southern TV supporting fan, if you don't add city in the chant.

**** you, PLT, I would never try to dictate to any supporter what they should call their club, isn't that exactly what you are protesting about?
