  • Haha, RLGB responded in all seriousness to my clearly parodied comment on the FIFA 13 thread :)
That SF4L is one massive ****, everything he posts deserves a punt in the face. Maybe he's ******ed though, then I'll let him off.
It's a nasty process isn't it! Just be happy it's all over and everything is sorted :)

Cheers again, and congrats to you too :)
Most of them have done well enough :)

They're saying Track will be back up later on so you should be able to look then.
Yeah managed to bump ICT up to an A :)

Confirmation? Whaddya mean? If you're talking about your Uni place, it should be confirmed automatically. Mine was anyway when I logged onto Track this morning...
Good job man! And you're into Surrey okay?

I exceeded myself! Managed to get AAB :) And my place at Loughborough is confirmed too, so now I guess it's time to start preparing for moving! :)
    Wiser words were never spoken!

Anyways, I'm off for the night now. If I don't get chatting to you before Thursday, good luck! Hope you get your ABB :)
Oddly enough, my Physics teacher told me I was being too casual about the exams! I've always been that way though and it's worked out so far ;)
Nah, no A* in Maths sadly :p For that, you had to get above 90% average in the two Core modules from A2. In my C3 in January I got 85%, so I'd have to have scored 95% in my C4 from the summer. Not possible me thinks!

The thing is the A in ICT was by like 3 or 4 marks, and when I did so badly in my module in January I felt I had to repeat it. I'd got full marks in my coursework, so it was always gonna be the written papers that brought me way down. I just didn't expect it to be that far down!

I've been confident all summer that I haven't screwed up, but I just think that I'm maybe being to relaxed about it! I dunno, I'll certainly be happy with whatever I get as long as I get into Loughborough. Anything more than that is a bonus :)
My fourth AS was Further Maths, so it wasn't any easier! After a month, I gave up with it and spent the whole year being told I was gonna fail. I ended up scrounging a C out of it, so I was reasonably satisfied :p

First time round, I was on AAC, with my C being in Physics. Two resits later I was up to an A for AS apparently, so that was good to know before going into my final module. After my ICT module in January, it had dropped my grade from an A to a B, so I resat it in May. Not sure if I did any better though! Maths has never been a problem though, so the A in it seems to be pretty much guaranteed <laugh>
Meh, most of them were great atmosphere. The worst would be one v Forest the season we got relegated from the Championship, where I saw some people ripping up/setting fire to their season tickets!

Apparently, not much is more prestigious than what I did! I'm always told I happened to choose the three hardest A-levels!

What were you sitting on from AS anyways? :p
