I think he's a good but not great manager. Effective at getting results. Not a long term guy though. A sort of upper-mid-table Mourinho.
Your assessment is a lot more generous than mine. I think he's an arrogant twerp. Like a lower table Pardew

Well I did compare him to Mourinho...Your assessment is a lot more generous than mine. I think he's an arrogant twerp. Like a lower table Pardew![]()
The football could be poor under Koeman and it wasn't exactly unusual when it was poor but I didn't go into games expecting the team to be dull and ineffective like I kinda do now.On balance, so far this season I would genuinely rather has Puel as manager than RK. At least he plays the youngsters.
And the football under Ron - it really wasn't that great. Though at the time I recall defending him from criticism about endlessly knocking it long to a largely immobile Pelle.
And I've said many times that, while playing them is a nice bonus, I don't really care about the kids. If we finished 6th with a team of Academy players I'd be happy. If we finished 4th and no Academy player got on the pitch all season I'd be even happier.
And only 2 against Sunderland in 180 minutes....We scored a grand total of one goal against these Hull and Palace defences, and that was a penalty...
Arsenal are in with a very good chance. The title race is over. Chelsea will win by about 7.
It's OK, he (Bravo) can play with his feet. Keep telling yourself that Pep.
Hmm, if he was really sorry he would have missed the penalty.Just heard on the radio that Snodgrass has admitted it wasn't a penalty and has apologised...refreshing to hear.
