Only question is.... what does the last phrase refer to... the salary or the 10%. I still think 400,000 a game for Laudrup is way over the top and if true, he must be the highest paid manager ever!!!
Im glad to see that most on here have realized what i was saying about the club being run down to make way for some significant changes that will change the club forever......It was well over a year ago that i was told this and a lot of fans dismissed it......well we are not dismissing it now from what im reading.....We are in a corner now and only have one hope and that is that the Americans and their backers will come through in the end even if we are relegated. Morgan with 5% of shares is irrelevant and Jenkins with i think 12 % also wont alter anything and we are left with the biggest share holder's who are the only ones that can fix things and i hope they are busy now putting a plan together...
One think that confuses me is why Morgan was on the plane going to South America to talk to that possible manager . Personally , I think other business was being done there under the radar .No win against Sunderland and we will see a new manager for sure IMO
We are going to have a hell of a job attracting the right manager for us i reckon.....There will be a number of managers wanting the job but i bet there wont be one quality manager between them.....I still have this gut feeling that Flynn's real reason for being here is to take over soon....

I think lots of top managers will want the gig this time dai .
Difference between last season when no one wanted the job and then Guidolin took it , to this time is the amount of games left to play .
A good manager could take this reasonable squad , with 24 games or so left and make a dramatic name for himself .Any good manager last season seen a personal banana skin with only 16 to play .

I may be sixty four , going on sixty senile but I can't see Bradley in charge of another game without three points from Sunderland .
I cannot understand the reason other than preparing to be our next manager for someone like Flynn to be here......Our academy is run well and dont need anyone with Flynn's expertise and like before he is settled in the North Wales area....I could understand him going to Wrexham but not Swansea tbh unless it's for the managers job.. Maybe i'm wrong and he wants to commute to Swansea to work with the kids......i just find it a strange move....

Nothing surprises me about this club everything over the past 10 years has been planned to the nth degree , that includes selling us , building the Academy using Morgan's Company Jaxs Ltd to build it , opening another club shop in Cwmdu , another development centre also in Cwmdu ,Morgan owns the land. They've all made a killing off the Club in one way or another . Flynn as you know had the managers job before and that's one of the reasons why he left , he didn't want to move down here but I wouldn't be surprised if he is our fall back position should Bob depart although Flynn is a football man he is also limited in experience at this level.
Look.... some years ago, a successful local builder had some hundreds of thousands to spare and used it to save his life-ling loved club. with a bit of luck and a following breeze and a strong supporters trust the club became more an more successful after a period of real worry and he got his investment back with a lot to spare too. All good and even when they did the best (some would say, over-achieved) all was OK until it became evident that owners' money was needed again to make that extra step or to stay in this happy state. NOW! The amounts of money needed were much greater and probably were greater than the builder was willing to risk. Coupled with this, the club was now worth much more than he could ever have dreamed. I suppose the pull of the money was greater than the love of the club.... and maybe even sheer greed took over.
It is true that the builder can take the club no further and he was right to get out. But the WAY he got out and dumped on the trust and fan is completely reprehensible.
The Trust could well be better selling out and keeping the money to buy the club back if it drops into the mire. So long as there are not lots of loans and debt to service, the club might be got for a song and be saved. Of course, there might not be the chance to climb to heady heights again since we can see the amounts needed to get there and stay there. but the Trust might be able then to sell to a safer, more caring pair of hands.

Over 10'000 fans and some businesses have put money into the trust over the years so how do you think they can sell the shares......they cant...
