I've asked the supermods to ban John Cardew.
Anyone mentioning other poster's children on here in any derogatory context will be banned.
I will also be deleting the pictures of Cardew with that girl's face visible. There's no reason for her image to be on here.

Why have you deleted the sex case photo of him?
Because it had her face on it and I don't think its right for her face to be shown.
Well I don't think it's right to have my children brought into it. Same as I don't think it's right the way yous never back us the way the mag mods back their own posters up, but **** escalates and **** happens.
And the sex case photo?
It wasn't right and when I saw what happened last night when I logged in this morning I asked for the ban immediately.
I didn't see what happened last night while it was going on - I'm in bed by 9-9:30 most work nights, so I just missed it.
As for the sex case photo it had the girls face on it.
You've also raised the point about the Mags mods backing them up and we don't.
I'm quite happy to have a discussion on here about what everyone wants.
As far back as I can remember, posters on here have always taken the piss out of the Mags for banning Mackems too readily when they don't like what's being posted on their board.
This place has always had a more "open attitude". If everyone wants us to tighten down then we need to have that discussion. So far, I've banned Smoggo for his naming names and have now just banned JC for mentioning your children.
I'm not aware of any other mag bans on here from any of the other mods.
As I said above, If everyone wants change we need an open discussion.
There's no way I want this board to become the Stalinesque like empire that Albert has created over there.
Nor do I, generally speaking, Billy.
I don't want it to apply to any other posters from any other boards, apart from the Newcastle board.
I know how that sounds, but, there's a rivalry going on and when it becomes heated, or even, they don't like what's happening, then as time goes on we are starting to get sick of seeing their mods closing down the debate and protecting their own. When their mods, unfairly stop us from posting on their board, then I think our mods should start to reply in kind to their posters we are having the beef with.
It's a one way street at the moment, and it pisses me off that I can never see an argument through without being shut down, once the tables start to turn.
We got pulled apart on this board form some of the Newcastle lads, regarding Adam Johnson. Some of us returned the favour to them yesterday regarding the sex abuse scandal coming to light. Not only did their mods shut us down, and stop us from posting (which our mods didn't to them on this board), our mod went across their and basically backed them up with his words. Whether that was his intention or not, I do not know, but that is what happened.
Basically their mods are ****s to a few of us and I would like our mods to return the favour.
I don't want it to apply to any other posters from any other boards, apart from the Newcastle board.

I really wasn't backing them up 83. That was never my intention.
I've looked back on it and I can see how that could have been interpreted in that way, but it really wasn't what I was trying to say.
It was just a generic "this is going to affect a whole load of clubs and maybe other sports" comment.
I read somewhere over the weekend that maybe as many as 55 football clubs may be looked into. If I'd added that in my post then the tone of my post maybe might have changed. It may not have, I don't know.

I honestly think if you start to basically be a twat with them, but always let them cast the first stone, then I think this board would be a lot better for it. You certainly wouldn't even have half of the tantrums that me and Bri throw, purely out of frustration (and sometimes Tees but he's a bit more civilised than us)

The bloke is naive. He seems to think I'm not serious about anything I say, the reality is if any of our faces were to circulate around twitter, facebook etc. We will be found out. As will he be.
