The council, COC organisers have been deliberatey creating all the traffic jams- traffic lights deliberately short - around Hull. Creating anger and frustration. Which will then magically ease in 2017 and create a feel good atmosphere for the COC.

Went down Beverley Road last week. The traffic lights letting so few cars through in some sections that only a couple of cars made it through to next stretch without risking being stuck in a yellow box junction (money making initiative?) meant the journey from Haworth Arms to Paragon took longer than it took,to get from Brid to Haworth Arms.
Well that's that settled then. Paul.croaked it 50 years ago. What more proof does anyone need?

Depends on the stretching of the meaning of conspiracy. Things like the McCartney "conspiracy " are just bullshit given consideration by people who shouldn't be allowed out without supervision.
