    Its dry but tasty...But when fish mixes with wet...which is amazingly ironic...it doesn't work for me.

    Get your masalas...you know which ones you like Skid...dip your fish in egg..then marinade in your masalas...leave for a bit...throw it on fire....eat with some form of potato and salad....well nice mate....I use the grill back in the UK...I'm sure you got a BBQ though or some kind of similar contraption.

    My dad, god bless his soul smoked a Hooka all his life. Man would be up early...chop...chop...chopping. Now and again we would do it.....good graft....still got all my fingers.

    I tend to combine my masalas with garlic, chilli & fresh coriander and blitz them together to make a paste the mix with fine breadcrumbs then dip the fish in the egg and coat with the breadcrumbs. I just like the crunchy texture.

    We're having pork. Which to some is just wrong. To me it's crispy pig deliciousness.

    Comm can't handle all this curry talk he thinks he's being invaded. So he threw in a boring bastard Sunday roast to balance it out.

    Best thing about a Sunday roast? The Spliff I would have afterwards.

    On a real, can't beat a homemade Yorkshire pudding.
