Making & eating Aloo Gobi
Have to say that aloo gobi is the worst curry I've ever tasted. Weird texture.
Potatos are ****ing great in curry! With keema or bombay aloo etc. Just the caulifour is rank!!!
There's two ways of doing it Trebs dry or wet
I like a bit of gravy so mines a wet one.
You an replace the cauliflower with any veg of your choice, the only rule with curry is there's no rules.
