Gordon, the next thing I'm going to request is a site ban for you, unless you prove these accusations.

The clock is ticking.

Whatever happened to this thread being about a footy match at the SOL, which now appears to be in grave doubt, I dislike threads being ambushed for a fall out between posters and that is a route cause for a lot of people on here disappearing, how we can ever stop it happening is beyond me.

People not making up lies would be a good place to start, perhaps?

The fall-out between Joe and I seems to have been accidental, and it's 'history' now as per my previous post :emoticon-0105-wink:

Well I live in 'Sheels, which is 8 miles away (aye . . . . Concord is in Washington), so 10 minutes sounds like you'll be closer than me :emoticon-0105-wink:

On thursdays I play at Durham Cricket Club, which is 13 miles away . . . . I'm dead keen, like :cheesy:

Do you fancy some sundays, when you're 'up' ?

Sunday is a bad day for me because when I am off on a weekend I generally make the most of my saturday nights..
PS...Are you going to Victory Club on Saturday?

Give me a shout if you do mate..We could meet up for a pint sometime..

I'll let you know. Things have deteriorated pretty quickly since coming back to York and a couple of other things have made me think a relocation up north east way might be better. It'll be a bitch to get to work but so long as I'm not too far away from the A19 I'll be ok

Smug's definitely coming up, as you probably know, and my appearance depends on Adam and the girls. It's been blinking ages since we had a pint together, and I do intend to be there <cheers>

Smug's probably sick of drinking with me now after the Bournemouth weekend (which was brilliant . . . . especially the celebratory fireworks (all over the country, so it seemed) on the way back to his afterwards) :cheesy:

You don't have to commit to any sundays, 'cos we play anyway and you'd just be a welcome addition if you fancy it and are sober enough :emoticon-0105-wink:

p.s. if you do arrange to go for a pint with that black & white bastard, count me in :emoticon-0100-smile
