On the sofa under a blanket with a ****ty cold and a groggy head. Can't be arsed to go for my Saturday morning run although the best thing would be to sweat it out.

Apologise ladies you may not find me at my best this morning.

If it's just a head cold, I can usually do that. Anything worse, rest.

Yes thanks Spud, only half way through. Got next week off too. Although next week is 'proper off' as last week I was on call for 3 nights so I found it hard to totally switch off (although the high grade helped).

Next week I'm calling 'get ****ing mashed week'.

gonna be fun.

Mate I'd say many was the time his missus has walked in on him in the bathroom bollock naked having shaved his own head, wearing only poorly smeared lipstick and repeatedly calling himself a whore in the mirror
