Stop, just for once, trying to change the point of argument!
The original argument was if incidents of public racial and xenophobic verbal and physical atracks had increased sine the Brexit vote.
They clearly have, and all your obvious attempts to decry, deny, and change the point of the argument will not alter those facts.
I haven't changed the direction at all, I pointed out that the figures were rising before brexit, and then proved it. That's a key factor in any discussion as it points to where the problem is. Trying to lump it on brexit is just desperate.
It's not as clear as you claim, and the percentage claim is for anonymous, unsubstantiated claims, but I'll humour you and say ok they have.
