My middle child is legitimately scared of pirates. Intellectually, she understands the concept of pirates, as she knows them, actually threatening her is infinitesimally small. That doesn't stop her staying awake all night scared they're going to break in and kidnap her. She's always had extremely high anxiety issues though.
My niece didn't like pirates and going on holiday she thought the people flying the plane were pirates... got very confused and scared before we could convince her pirates and pilots were different things.

Going to an adult Halloween party tom night at mates tattoo studio. There is a big cellar so thats where the dance floor and bar was, anything like last year it will be fangtastic.
