Don't know what the United board were thinking , the writing was on the wall at his last club -where if they hadn't packed his bags he would have took them down a season after winning the league !
That's the third managerial cock up they've made , long may it continue !!

Fair points lads. Mourinho definitely doesn't seem to want to adapt and that appears his downfall. Like TC said he's stuck in his ways in a business that requires shifting patterns almost on a weekly basis.

Adapt or die as they say.

I was thinking the same, isn't Buywise a bit of a tricky sort by nature? A Paul Carberry horse.

Even with no hurdles or fences in his way he looks like he is doing all his work late on. He is just very difficult and the jockey got niggling on him before 2 out.

Why is Three Muskateers always fancied? Wouldnt be good enough to be a lead horse in Closutton

I think we need to be fair on Zawraq DK- injured and off for 500+ days, we don't know how fit he was or what ability was left.

Buywise is just one of those tricky characters, like a Tidal Bay!

Anyone think a big trainer might get more out of him or would that be harsh?

Needle man might , but at what cost ?
The owner must be happy or they would have moved by now surely-'although he picks up a fair amount of place money -strange horse though -- always seems to run on ....

Buywise is painful to watch. Trained for the Spring festivals but can't jump. Always takes up a few percent of the book though and no matter how well in you know for sure it'll never win in March. Quite a good horse to have in your book to be fair.
