I worked as a Handyman for a while. One old dear asked me to do some painting, I said I can't do that. Well she said, what about some shelves that I need put up, I said I can't do that either. She then asked about some wallpapering, I said I can't do that.

She said "I'm sorry but what makes you think you are a handyman?"

I replied "I only live across the road".

Don't get your hopes up, mate. Fatherhood's **** until they're old enough to get them running errands for you <ok>
Disagree. By that age they are able to gee ye jip. Nae pun intended. The best time is when they just start walking and sleeping tbrough the night till about 8.

After that they're a pain in the arse.

What you've all been waiting for...

First time out with new machine, found five Roman coins although one (second right) may be an earlier British Iron Age Stater circa 100-50 BC which would put the earliest date of the site back by 100-200 years.

Row 1: George V 1917 penny, House of Constantine Nummus (Campgate reverse, 320-350 AD), cut quarter Sestertius or As (1-225 AD), Roman coin, Roman or British Iron Age coin, Roman coin
Row 2: unknown thing, button fragment, button, button, lump of metal with pure copper attached, split pin fastener
Row 3: WWII .303 bullets
