That Fellaini will score the winning goal and Henderson will stamp on Herrera 6 seconds into the second half?

Fellaini and Henderson playing in this fixture would be a disgrace to the sport!

We know what a lumbering talentless oath Fellaini is. But Henderson will do his "I'm a big man" 'strutt and stare' whilst doing **** all on the pitch to earn the high opinion he has of himself. And yet he will still be lapped up by the fawning Lvpl fans in that ground.

You feeling confident about it then??

I think we are capable and should win. But I fear we won't. There is also the fact that neither team has ever won 5 in a row. Which it would be for us in the league I read today somewhere.

No, I'm not really.

I think we'll lose, quite possibly heavily.

Indeed.

I would have had a bright and cheery match day thread though, full of optimism.

I'm going to have to watch this out in a 'neutral' venue, which means there will no doubt be loads of ****s wearing Liverpool shirts in my breathing space. I had it last year in the europa league game, I was very tense!

If we don't beat the RS then JM will come under intense pressure. Even LVG has been able to beat them on a regular basis. With an arguably better team, JM should really dispatch them. but no doubt the RS are already expecting the ref to give them favours by moaning about his residence. What price a penalty after a sturridge or mane dive? they've been practising since the start of the season.

I agree with this post especially after losing points to Stoke. We were extremely lucky City lost to Spurs in their last game. That took the press off Jose's back for the break. But if we can win this match, it could really kickstart our season. Jose is a master tactician. We would need that to crack this next game. No missteps with selection either.

I have to say everyone on every media outlet is writing us off. I quite like the over-confidence of liverpool, their fans and their media. I don't think it will be anywhere near the one-sided game that it's being touted to be.

Will you stop ****ing generalising <doh> I am most certainly NOT over-confident, I never am against you jammy ****ers.

Great! The lousiest pundit and predictor and ex RS predicts that the RS will win by 2-0.

That's it then. We might as well all go home as Lawro says that United will have difficulty with the RS's pressing game. United will have nothing to lose as no one is giving them and Mourinho a chance.

Only because I had run out of United defenders.

I know where he played, the alternative was pick a Liverpool player!!

He was the most versatile of the centre halves left, you wouldn't stick Bruce at full back, eh?

I feel quite confident we will win this.

However, you never know.

You have a habit of beating us at Anfield and these games don't always got to form.

I always remember the results we used to get via Murphy when you guys were quite a lot better than us on paper.

Let the best team win <ok>

The Lawro jinx is in our favour then <ok>
