Well it's that time of year when we get to play against the red ****e from merseyside.

Who will get the bragging rights?

Who will be the ones making up **** excuses?

Who will blame the ref? Think we know who will blame the ref if they're not awarded yet another dodgy penalty.

Who will win the stats?

All I know is on paper we should destroy them as they simply have no decent players. None. Any team that boasts Jordan Henderson as caption warrants being in the championship.. See England for further details.. That said I think their manager is working miracles much like Ranieri did last year with Leicester. Though he did / does have better players to choose from. Their form is a bit better than ours. Only a bit mind.

Has mourinho finally figured out his best starting 11? And how to get the best out of pogba? Who knows.

I actually think we will get beat. No doubt by a dodgy penalty. I obviously hope we destroy them just so we can see how many excuses they come up with as to why.

Interesting fact about Liverpool. They are home to a once great football team. That said we aren't playing Everton. Which is a shame. As they really are the pride of merseyside with genuinely decent fans.

Well let's hope so.

Though I'm not optimistic.

Have you had a vote on the excuses yet?

I'd like to be able to add another poll to monitor how many different excuses are made in the even we win.

The ref is already ****ed whatever he does.

Agreed
think it is a dreadful decision Just puts him on a sacrificial plate. If i was him i think i might have a convenient stomach upset as any vaguely contentious decision will bring howls from one set of fans or the other and the media will have a field day.

as will Astro :bandit:

****ing bollocks <ok>

I hope they hit the post a couple of times and De Gea has a blinder.

Then they can self congratulate themselves they'd have won had it not been for the post, and be declared the people's winners.

Otherwise this doom laden thread has all the makings of a self fulfilling prophecy and we will therefore lose.

Doom laden?

You've said you think we'll get beaten.

Twice.
You feeling confident about it then??

I think we are capable and should win. But I fear we won't. There is also the fact that neither team has ever won 5 in a row. Which it would be for us in the league I read today somewhere.

I don't think it's doom laden. I think I've suffiently insulted them whilst delivering a well thought out appraisal of the match.

I was looking for "all of the above" as an option.

Is Doom Laden the scouse son of Bin Laden?

I'm expecting a red card. I'm also expecting Fellaini to return.

Read into that what you will.

I have to say everyone on every media outlet is writing us off. I quite like the over-confidence of liverpool, their fans and their media. I don't think it will be anywhere near the one-sided game that it's being touted to be.
