No. That season itself demonstrates that.
Everyone did finish above Leicester, though. Barring Glossop, whoever they were.
I've just checked and Glossop are still actually a team, so whoever they are.

How the times have changed eh? ... the last final league table I looked at certainly had a few changes ... although some things stayed the same <whistle>

Glossop is in Derbyshire ... <laugh>

The table changes all the time, unless you were a Villa fan last season. Pretty static for most of their campaign.

None that you'll accept, but it's clear to anyone that's not got Wenger goggles on.

You should never have been promoted.
Your own website says that you're the only Premier League team not to have earned your place in it.
The fact that you still deny it only speaks about you, I'm afraid.

You were promoted for no reason, at the behest of two teams that had been proven to be cheats.
Your owner was renowned for being bent and was later banned from football for cheating.
He also turned you into the first football franchise. The original MK Dons, if you will.

Deny it all you like, but we all know that you cheated. That you can't admit it is quite funny, though.

Norris was banned for a totally unrelated issue.

You cannot provide any evidence for Arsenal 'bribing' their way to promotion.

Norris was banned for cheating in football and the accusation is that he cheated in football.
Unrelated issue? Nope.

You're attempting to weasel your way around the issue, when you know the truth.
Your own club's website says everything that needs to be said, almost reveling in your disgraceful history.

You're attempting to link two unrelated issues because you have no evidence to prove that Arsenal 'bribed' their way into the top flight.

Rumour, supposition and speculation don't count I'm afraid.

He was a proven cheat and you were promoted at the behest of two clubs that had been proven to have cheated together.
One of them avoided finishing bottom of the table because of the game that they cheated in.
Neither club was punished and they decided to promote someone seemingly at random.

The fact that you don't see this as an issue suggests that you're not looking at things very objectively, to say the least.
Your strength of character is clearly utterly lacking.
