His actions, or at least the actions of the EU, betray his words. The end game has barely changed.

I disagree. If Juncker himslf recognises that the idea is unsaleable to the European people, then that is recognition from a former arch federalist.

Unfortunately, the short sighted xenophobia of the British public has taken away our chance of bringing change to the EU from within.

You can't console yourself with that notion I'm afraid Bod.

As May has already clearly decreed that the referendum result was largely driven by immigration, so she's taken it upon herself to declare that free movement won't be on the table, therefore neither will the single market.

This dumb Tory bitch and her right wing cronies are going push us down the hard Brexit path, make no bones about it.

The practicalities of achieving that will have to be a full border between northern and southern island again, what a ****ing mess.

Ugh, That will be fun for the Irish

You trust Juncker's words too much, and over state his influence.

The xenophobia comment is so far from reality, it's barely worth a mention.

Your usual despetate wriggling and rejigging questions is even more ridiculous, and quite revealing.
Yet more nothingness from the forums pseudo intellectual pedant

You've continually denied that xenophobia was behind the referendum vote, when it clearly was for many.

Blaming the immigrants for societies woes by the far right and their media resulted in the kind of results we saw in Sunderland, Barnsley and Hull - working class areas and Labour heartlands, siding with the far right, due to one prime issue.

Wriggling....jiggling and rewriting as usual.

You lost get over it.

Wriggling? What utter tosh you spout, the only wriggling is (as per) from you. Never a straight answer, never a decent retort.

I lost? No, I didn't lose at all love. Whatever happens I'll adapt and win, same as I did in '08

Those who'll lose are the very people who I mentioned earlier, suckered in by the far right. Those with the smallest disposable incomes, low earners, the unemployed.

Hard Brexit will come with an economic cost attached, let's see how those who voted to lock the door on Johnny Foreigner see their 'victory' when the true cost of it becomes clear....

Of course it is! I'm sure that virtually nobody voted leave on that basis.

I mean you've only got to read some of the stuff posted here to see that <doh>
He hates being lumped into the same box as the bigots so he's continually denied the reality since day 1

However, I note he always likes the posts of said bigots, draw your own conclusions from that....

It's the usual bollocks from Dull, mate. He hasn't got the brains to construct a decent argument, so he relies ( selectively) on what he reads. When his short sighted, one sided 'argument' gets shot down in flames, he resorts to his usual tactics of deflection, diversion, obfuscation, etc.

Although, I notice that he now seems to gave adopted the Kustard retort of 'you lost, get over it'.

Your 'aggression' and 'abuse' simply betrays your inadequacy and fear.

You should be better at accepting defeat, given the amount of practice you get.

We'll find out the truth of that, if you or t'other fool ever manage to shoot a point down.
