It was good to soft then STH. The only times Postponed has been beaten has been on good ground or faster. The ground must have been fast today as that Arc was run at a blistering pace.
Nearly time for the 10 to follow thread Beefy![]()

Found now has an Arc and Postponed doesn't. I'm sure Aidan won't sleep knowing Postponed beat her half cooked mid season after saddling the Arc 1-2-3. I'd say he would swap the races around if he couldon the bitter again today!
Found has been targeted for an Autumn campaign and they 100% got what they planned all year for her.

You never listen..thats your problem..!!

Well done for backing the winner – I backed Left Hand (as I posted this morning) and she was mid-division most of the race and was not good enough, but I am not complaining.
I am drinking strong mild and real ale today, not bitter.
If I owned a horse and the trainer spent half the season running it ‘half cooked’, I would not be too impressed. If they were only interested in an Autumn campaign, why not just keep her in her box until August? When he skipped the 1000 Guineas last season to run her the following day in a heavy ground Group 3 where she was beaten, I could not see an Arc winner.

It's normally five mate, but if the demands there...
I'm just glad O'Brien got those entry fees back mate, I was a bit worried for a while TBH![]()
He only tells everyone to listen after the fact. Listen, I can give you a four horse accumulator at Chantilly this afternoon but you will be more than two hours too late to put it on.
When the Irish are fed up of their politicians (which they probably are because it seems everyone else hates them), they can get O’Blarney in to do the job – if he can get off his mobile to The Lads for long enough to run the country.
Those of us that said beforehand that it was a poor renewal are still sticking to what we said before the race. From a form point of view there was no way that I would have backed a horse that had been soundly beaten by the favourite this season and had only managed to win a Group 3 race. Seventh Heaven must be the best three year old filly now because she stuffed Found at York yet she is standing in her box today.
Yes I know STH. Whatever the ground, something has to win and he was obviously the best on those days But he has never been beaten on good to soft or softer. On good to soft he beat Found easily. On a fast surface (which it must have been to be over 5 sec faster than standard) Found beat Postponed easily. The ground is a vital factor and, although I warned about that early in the thread, I ignored my own warning like a total twatPostponed also has numerous wins on good to fast ground. Yarmouth, Hamilton and wins in Meydan all had good or good to firm as their description.

Highly tried Simply Ned kicks his season off at Kelso 4.30 also. A thriving race fit Flyingportrait to beat by the look of it.
