The protests are due to recommence at the Coventry game and she will be back under the Cosh again - given that her only supporters at the Club these days are Olly Groome & Sue Parkes, expect to see Russ offered up as the latest albeit rather overweight sacrificial lamb. Then we can all start again with our usual mini pre season in December, and who knows Karel Fraeye's dyed head popping up out of that laundry basket.

What is so apparent since Saturday is the sheer despair that now most feel with Slade.
Magennis, Holmes & Lookman are Championship standard attackers who would walk into any team in League One that I have seen - fact.
Slade's job is to utilise them in such a way that they create chances & goals. It is utterly beyond him. Were it not for that last min equaliser at the mighty Fleetwood we would be in the relegation zone now.
Every team in this league sees us as a big fish and a scalp - mixing my metaphors here I know, but Slade then sends out a timid mouse.

" we needed Winston Churchill, but only got Iain Duncan Smith"
I can see the mood against Slade turning ugly at Gillingham where we will sell out. I am sick of these unqualified bums ruining the Club.

Speaking to a friend who was there on Saturday, he said that Slade got booed when he pulled off Magennis, and also Holmes. Strange that in his post-match he accused the fans of booing Botaka on to the pitch, he didn't even realise they were booing him. He also said the players let Slade walk off on his own to take the abuse. Didn't this happen with Carol? Time to get out The Olive Coat for Elfs to deliver the coup de grace
