After everything that has gone on this week with JFH. The players need to give a good showing at Fulham.
If not, then we must get rid of him. The game today will tell us so much. Let's see if they play for him.
 
I agree with qpr999.
With what's gone on with JFH this week and our previous hammerings at the hands of FFC today's performance will tell us all we need to know about the squad of players that we have and the few months ahead. lose 4-0 today and start looking over our shoulders at relegation.
Win 1-0 and it shows we have balls and something about us. Draw 1-1 and I won't know what to make of it!

I would be delighted with a 1-1 draw.
 
Two up front. It might work, but also a sign of the shape and intent of this team being abandoned, probably rightly because it hasn't worked. I just don't like 4-4-2. Ho hum. Polter we know is injured, and I thought Sulla, on the bench, is too. Before Beth says it, we haven't got a small squad, it's huge, over 30 players compared to 25 for the PL. It's just that they are all injured or not deemed good enough to ever play. If there was a limit on squad numbers in the championship we would have severely regretted giving Mackie and Gladwin (remember him) a place in it.

Aren't Kakay and Hamalainen full backs? I lose track.

Ned RB and Lynch LB I should think. That team is all right in view of what is available. I'd have preferred Sylla and Sandro for Washington and Henry, but likely neither is fit enough to do 90.

Doubt it will be 4 4 2.

I would imagine Washington will be one of the three behind Polter.

Maybe Smithies will play Rush goalie and support the attack with his height.

He'll be the first player to take a goal kick and then nod in at the other end, just wait and see.....

Looks like he's set us up to go 2 down then when we've got them where we want them he will execute his master plan, and we'll lose it 4-0
