Did Yoga for the first time last night.

90 minute session, ended with half an hour of meditation and a little kip under a blanket. Thoroughly enlightening.

Ruined it by having fish and chips on the way back.

*cue ****e fosse quip*

I meditated daily for about 6 years, no ****.

Then I got bored of Narcotics Anonymous and ****ed it off.

Good **** once you learn it properly though.

I used to do these breathing exercises whilst in bed. Some angle on Yoga.

If you did it right, it was like you was floating. Pretty good....I'm interested to know how people benefit from this. It is interesting...does it humble you by opening your mind? I don't know...I thought Yoga was for deep people or people with an affinity with their inner self. I hear many man do it, but they think it's a fashionable thing to do. Know some gal who claim to do it. They still full of ****.

Went through a period where I researched the Penial gland in our brain. If that is accessed it opens up our 6th sense, which we all have. We can't all clear the path to reach it though. Then we can see some crazy ****...apparently. It's called the God part of the brain...but we will leave God out of it before people have a meltdown.

Does it work Chief? You reaching your Penial gland. Opening up that 6th sense? Or is it more a physical activity? Whenever I meditate...its troublesome...I struggle to get weed and pussy out of my mind.

Which bit, the Yoga or meditation?

Bit early to say on both counts, I'm not going for the meditation, it's more about the Yoga and getting some flexibility back. Too much time in the car and at a laptop.

I'm going back definitely. Was disappointed by the lack of decent fanny there though I got to to say.

The whole idea of doing it in an 'Anonymous' group, although you don't do it as a group, is to totally clear your mind in the morning of any badness.

Step 11 - We sought through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with God as we understood him, praying only for knowledge of his will for us and the power to carry that out.

Every morning I would meditate and my day would be wonderful. No hate, no envy, no badness.

Obviously I don't do it anymore <whistle>

Fantastic thing when you get good at it, incredibly powerful.

I did Yoga at Camp Bestival as it goes. Proper hippy tent.

Didn't go too well, fell over about 5 times and ended up accidentally rolling out the tent. Haven't tried it since <laugh>

They want £675 for us five and our motorhome next summer.

They can **** off.

Mate even at that price it's a bargain, trust me. It's the best family festival in the country by a mile. Incredible place.

Go in a tent for about £450 <ok>

What's the point of having a Motorhome then though?

Nah, not paying that as we go away on the summer trip two weeks after. It would drain resources. I was genuinely expecting about £400!!

The meditation. I can imagine the physical activity has its benefits. You rarely get decent gal at these places. However you prolly get a good massage and all them tantric vibes off them if you do manage to get anything off them. Can't beat a massage Chief.

I have a monthly massage. £35 a pop. I always feel brand new after one, they're brilliant.

You ever had 'cupping' done?

Where some suction implement is attached to your back and head. It's like the Leech affect. It draws bad thick conglomerated blood out of you and as a result we can all skip to buy our Latte, not just Fosse.

£35? An hour long? Suzie Wong charges me a fair whack for her massages.

I once went to a Spa and got a Indian head massage, it sent me to sleep. Was only a 15 minute session. Fantastic.

Fair enough. We're probably going away somewhere at the end of summer so enough time to restock the resources.

It is fairly expensive but last year we took our 7 year old and he said it was better than our holiday to Turkey (10 days in a really nice family resort, all inclusive). Given the choice he'd go to Bestival for sure.

Both gets expensive and we'd usually do one or the other tbh. However, this year is the 10th Anniversary so it'll be amazing so we'll doing both (hopefully).

The firework display set against Lulworth Castle to finish the festival is insane...In time with the music, so clever and the best display I've ever seen by a mile.

If you get chance watch this
