Not many things make me squeamish, there's probably nothing I can't watch at least once, but I've just seen the latest video of Isis executions. Hanging people upside down like cattle with slit throats, a group of young lads, probably 22/23 years old approx, completely defenseless.

I couldn't finish watching, it was absolutely disgusting.

The worst part is, when these scumbags are caught they won't receive anywhere near as bad of an ending as those poor bastards have, the IS scum will be lucky enough to get a quick death, with a bullet through their face.

Maldives. 12 days of boredom and **** all! Its gonna be tough Tel but I'm gonna give it a go!

Anyone saying the guys on the ground in the NHS don't work their arses off or care about what they do, don't see us groundhogs working every hour of the day.

My heart bleeds for the likes of V-J who struggle day in, day out, but there's guy's like me and Marcus in other parts of the NHS having to deal with government legislation and having to deal with massive cuts in health and Social Care.

Rant over! I'm in holiday mode now!

Not directed at anyone in particular, you know those taps you can get fitted for your kitchen that pour out boiling water, how are those a thing? Isn't it like having a band saw attached to your kitchen counter, hardly safe for the young, old, clumsy or drunk. Even if you use it without getting third degree burns wouldn't drops of scalding water come off it and land on your arms?

I don't know how it exists tbh, anyone got one?

I'd say in this instance the bank may decline to lend the money against this property if their survey has deemed it to be in such a bad state.

If the bank is still prepared to loan the funds in spite of these issues then you must have knocked the vendor down a lot on the offer.

Never had a survey done on any house just wander round with a good builder and take him out for a meal.

I think you are right mate but it didn't used to be years ago and since then I haven't needed a mortgage to get my next house because I always buy one that needs loads doing to it, the one i am doing now I must admit looks mint.
