QPR fan in peace, I seriously doubt he will be sold to you for cash or for part of the puncheon deal, he was a mainstay in our defence last season and is very committed, Warnock has said that he's after Puncheon, but said nothing that Gorkss was part of the deal. If he is though, you can count yourselfs very lucky

I have some doubts this deal is for real - I have been on the QPR site and they nearly all seem to write the same thing; he is their best CD. Why would you not want to get one season in the Premiership? You can tell that to your kids in later life that you achieved that fabulous goal (excuse the pun) - rather than I walked away from the chance! Even if threatened with the bench for the whole season - would you still want to leave?

I do hope I am so wrong!

Nigel Adkins has offered 'no update' with regard to Jasper Gorkss, when asked directly about him.

I now refuse to get excited until I see any prospective signing in our kit on our pitch. The Jemal saga seemed the most likely and that fell through. Pleased with Cork and de Ritter. Let's hope our strong midfield can help protect the back four as I feel that we are a defender or two short of a good side, unless the Championship is worse than I think it is or our lads can up their game.

This is a great signing and adds both quality and depth to the back line. I was beginning to worry that we would have to rely on Jaidi's renowned speed as cover!
