Yeah, I'm a bit disappointed, but I guess the truth is he'd be hard pressed to get a place on the bench, let alone the starting 11, so maybe a few weeks game time will help him demonstrate what he can do.

That's an interesting one. Apparently Canos has played as a striker before and Murphy is listed on the Official site as an AM/Striker. It could be that AN is thinking in that direction in terms of a pacey, mobile option up front, but then I was never very good at all that pegs in holes sort of stuff!

That will be the test with Oliveira, Dorset. It would seem that AN doesn't have much confidence in Lafferty in that regard, but I'd hope that signing Nelson means that he will be able to play that role.

Now I'm hoping top 6 at best Jerome was terrible last season and he's our main threat and if Klose gets injured we have the same frustrating clowns waiting to come on and balls it all up .
