He is on 100grand a week so they are going to lose approx 2m ish just on his wages and they will probably have to pay him a loyalty bonus too if he stays.

I'm not against Instagram fella, not sure where you got that idea, it's good for player responses & info like we've seen with Yann. Players are rarely that open though so it has limited use in transfer windows.
