I reckon Diomande and Hernandez (if we keep him) will have a good partnership this season. Hopefully any incoming strikers add options, but don't interrupt that learning process.
It turns out after Rick Skeleton's tweet that some City players are interested in a move to Syria too, "more stability is key," one City player is quoted as saying!
I have to agree. I thought Maloney was the game changer with his runs in behind and his awareness in and around the box. Maybe he is our super sub but would like to see him given a start to see if he can have the same effect over 90 mins. Diomande seems to be more of a striker then a winger but lacks the confidence at the moment to shoot. He did bag a couple against Exeter which hopefully builds his confidence but i think he is way off been to the standard of Hernandez. I think we only really need one more striker in the window and need to focus more on defence. We have hernandez, dio, and have snodd and maloney who can play just off so i think one more striker would be enough going forward.
We should have four strikers and neither Maloney, nor Snodgrass are strikers (the are no circumstances in which Snodgrass shouldn't be playing out wide). Diomande's looked good so far and currently has a goal scoring record on one in two in the Premier League (and 2 in 1 in the cup), he's the least of our problems.
You need to give this subject a miss, you're coming across like a right ****ing chug, hope this helps?
Southampton have agreed a fee with Lille for forward Sofiane Boufal so I'd assume if that's completed then Rodriguez would be allowed to leave... Whether he comes here is another story.
Will Snodgrass still be out wide when Dave is back form injury? or will Elmo be dropped back down to the bench.
Transfer Centre Live @TransferCentreL West Brom and Hull City have both agreed loan deals with Southampton for striker Jay Rodriguez.
Which leg are we getting? What happens when we play each other.....one half for WBA and one half for us?
I'm not so sure, manager is on iffy ground At west brom, not the most attractive football And will most probably be first on the team Sheet due to lack of alternatives ..... At the mighty Hull City .......oh! And at the Moment in a champions league position.....
