Massive presumption here, but I get the impression that Redmond is very much a confidence player - I think this whole "new Henry" idea will have boosted him a great deal and it'll be a positive thing for him.
Henry himself said he'd have signed him.
Players of his type/position usually are confidence players. No matter what the result tonight if he scores will be building a nice bit of momentum for him!
