Yes the club still has pulling power but Wenger ain't the big attraction he was a few years ago.
 
The rumours are that Arsenal are refusing to pay the money Valencia want for Mustafi (who is currently training on his own after trying to force the move - leaving himself in a pretty ****ty situation)

Several media outlets are saying it's because we are still chasing a striker and need to save the pennies. I could see Lacazette happening if we are willing to meet Lyons asking price.

The reason he's training on his own is he's injured, which is why we're suddenly reluctant. There are also reports coming out of Spain at the moment that Liverpool are now in for him (as Klopp seems to not like Sakho). Here's the Tweet.
 
I'm not sure we were ever in for Mahrez. It just doesn't make sense as a signing.

I think his agent spread the rumour - to help him sign a new improved deal at Leicester.
