I said early on, several times, that I was waiting for Chippy to declare his investigation. I specifically made that point more than once as I expected the "your late with that" point being made. Plus throw in work, travelling home and catching up and my response was almost immediately Chippy declared his "investigation" result.

I want to stick with PENFOLD. However I don't want town going half arsed here. Even more so that he has claimed the investigator role. If we are wrong we know ACS is town and Nev is probably telling the truth. That is strength in numbers if we assume myself, MITO are town. Obviously it does not for actions and neutral interference. I am using my kill tonight but not revealing on who unless there is a quickfire solid theory with regards to tieing voting and killing together.
I've said its the probably smart move to kill the 100% mafia but as i've said the numbers do not add up. Very best case we get a 4 on DPP by the look of it and its a toss up.

I am not convinced Penfold is mafia, nor convinced he is town. I am uncertain. I am 100% sure DPP is bad. If it helps I will switch, but I genuinely and strongly think we're doing this the wrong way around.
I can't say who is who but i've had a feeling at least one claimant was lying all day.
as of now ACS v penfold.... (penfold looks bad around 9pm last night) Mikey v ibwt... two liars and thier actions tonight can't be hidden.
Clearly ACS has been handed the game by me. right or wrong cos the numbers don't add up. nobody declared all day while being asked so i'm not inclined to beleive penfold now.
theres two town votes maybe now on DPP and they are the ones costing the town potentially.
We id ask for this clarity earlier. SOme guys were not on at same time.
