http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/news/arti...quad-numbers-southampton-2016-17-3223321.aspx Fraser's our new #1, Charlie's our new #10 Seager isn't given a number this year.
Overheard in the Saints store at St Mary's last night - "I'm getting a new shirt, yeah, but I'm not getting a ****ing number or player's name on it, cos they don't stay long enough ...." I thought that mildly amusing .... Oh - and cheers to the fan who picked up my ticket after I'd dropped it and gave it back. Really shouldn't be let out on my own .....
Sorry Dave. I'll be there to walk you to the ground for the Watford game. Just hold the fence on Sunday and go slowly
He picked up a nasty injury when on loan at Crewe at the back end of last season. I think it might have been an ACL. I don't think he is expected back until Christmas
You have to walk me as well....catching a taxi to the Farmhouse, but I always get lost in Southampton and have never arrived from that side of the ground. Can I hold your hand, sir?
Cheers, Saintly. Didn't hear that one - feel for the lad, thought he'd looked pretty good the last time I saw him in the U21s.
I can see Fats being a bit like the Pied Piper (or is that the "Pied" Piper ) with you and me (Tom, Chilco, etc) following him!
To make it worse, he had just (as in 5 mins before) scored his first professional goal. I genuinely thought he was going to be one to make it, but after a nasty injury like that, it's difficult.
You and Dave can have a hand each (on the understanding Helen can walk by herself)... I'll be like a thorn between two roses... or something like that
I will definitely pop in the Farmhouse when I can finally make a game... hoping to be Swansea but got to wait for new work rotas.
Looks as though we'll need some of those child harnesses seeing as I've never even been to Southampton before. Or fats holds up a big sign as we all walk behind him.
