Give the ticket office a call if you can. That's how my mate got ours. Usually you want to be getting in the online queue over an hour before the tickets go on sale. Last CL I think I was trying at just after 8 and still didn't get to the log in before tickets were sold out. Luckily this one won't sell out today.
Tried the ticket office. ''sorry, all our operators are busy, please try again later'' Joined the queue at about 9:30.
Been trying the ticket office too...no operators available. I don't mind waiting but nearly 5 and a half hours online is a joke of a system imho.
Been calling every 10 mins or so...I don't mind waiting but this is simply really poor way to treat fans. They could have done it like the draw for league matches, they could have used loyalty points or they could have let members who joined before the start of last season apply before newer members etc. 5 and a half hours is farcical and insulting imho
Sounds awful. I used to take the day off when CL tickets went on sale last time around. Best of luck. I've opened a tab in Firefox trying to get in, just to see whether it's worth you refreshing.
I guess it's whatever you can fit in easiest with work or whatever else you've got on. I'd be inclined to blitz the phone for 20 minutes calling up loads until you get into a queue, although I can't say I've heard of ticketting being this bad before though.
There are over 70,000 members. Wembley could easily sell out. I am starting to get very worried. 54,000 are listed as having less than 100 loyalty points. They should have opened it up according to loyalty points. As you said RCL:''farcical and insulting''
Well as I am not yet in (interesting if all of them logged in at 10:00) I guess I won't get a decent package. I am disgusted with my club. And if you say the other 25k also have a right to tickets, as RCL says, where are they all in previous years ?
It's at a quarter of the way after half an hour. Not sure if it's worth starting again as the wheel slows down towards the end sometimes. How far around is yours?
about 2 minutes away from 12 if you think of it as a clock. It was like that for about two hours and then I lost my place-computer hitch. It has been back there for nearly 2 more hours.
I imagine the club thought they had enough tickets for everyone but they seem to have misjudged this badly.....my indicator is still not half way round after 5 hours.
Now 6 and a half hours in the online queue and stuck on 98% completed for over 4 hrs...countless calls not answered...I have honestly never experienced anything so poorly organised and thats coming from someone unlucky enough to have worked for Newham Council!!!!
@remembercolinlee @Blue and White @PowerSpurs Totally forgot to check for about half an hour but when I looked just now I'd got to the log in page. Under 2 hours. I'd definitely recommend starting again and turning off your ad blocker for the Spurs site(if you have one).
