“We had a conversation about it and I told him it’s not my favourite position and not one I particularly like playing, but he’s the manager and if he wants me to play there, I’ll play there. The team comes first, always has, always will.”
It seems to me that klopp won't be buying that lb unless something really good comes along.

That happens though, can't cover every eventuality. Do you think Sakho would be happy as 4th choice if all other than Gomez are ahead of him? My pecking order at the moment if all are fit is...

Klopp may well see Lovren ahead of Sakho at the moment.
I think the first question is where does matip play... left or right.
Then lovern at Rcb?
I see no reason to assume Klavan is no 1 pick from a couple preseason kick abouts personally.
Lovern will be rcb imo. Then who is fit at LCB. I am not sure.
For me sahko will be behind Klavan for LCB at this point of season.
@moreinjuredthanowen I think Klaven looks brilliant a real find, first name on the team sheet for me. He's the type of defender we've been crying out for. As you say though I'm basing it on friendlies and my opinion may change as the games become more intense.
