They probably think 7 million is a lot of money to little old Norwich.

Fully agree. We are a Championship side with Premiership ambitions so why keep players who are in their 20's and not up to a place in our Championship matchday squad? Rudd is now 3rd choice and needs to be told that he can hang around and fill that gap in our squad or move on. IMO he is not up to it. When he got a chance last year he dithered about on his line not knowing whether to come out or not, flapped if he did come out for a corner or a cross, had no command of his box or defence and seemed more concerned about avoiding pain when he came out to one on one situations. I fear that he will have to lower his sights considerably if he wants to get a regular start.
I don't know a lot about Fulham's finances, but to spend a rumoured £6m on a youngster from France would rather suggest to me they're confident of some money coming in soon.Might this signing by Fulham pave the way for McCormack to come to us? (Or Villa, Newcs, Wednesday or who ever else is supposed to be interested?)
Bah!
He's a top quality player. Very skillful. After Wolves Chinese take over, it appears they are already hastily trying to buy their way to the PL. I don't know a lot about Anderson Talisca but buying a player for £20M and pipping Loserpool to his signature into the bargain is some statement of intent (If it happens!)
Further reinforces the need to get up and outer the championship this year, it will probably be too soon for Wolves even with that sort of spending but next season they will be added to the very rich parachuters and all the best of the rest in the championship.
Bah!
I am pleased that the sums that we talk about at Norwich City are still in the bounds of normality (as far as that goes) - the Premiership prices are beyond ridiculous and have ruined the game.
No squit with that. I don't think many connected with the club will have. Both talkSPORT and ITV reporting that Birmingham want RvW on season long loan

Seeing as Fulham have now signed a new striker I think that indicates it's a done deal.Would be a good move for him, but we surely won't let him leave (even on loan) until we have strengthened in that area - could that be the signal that McCormack is close to signing ???
Maybe Carrow Road could have a plaque somewhere saying "RvWs career stalled here"Seems a bit of a waste of a player and money.
To be fair after all this time clearly he doesn't have a future here, may as well cut our cost and get rid. No harm telling the player that so he can think about his future even if it does sound harsh.http://www.sportsmole.co.uk/footbal...rmingham-eye-van-wolfswinkel-loan_277668.html
Don't know how I feel about the bit that says AN has told the player he has no future with Norwich and is even willing to let him leave on a free at the end of the season.
Seems a bit of a waste of a player and money.
