latest from Allam Towers - the family considering what to do now - another fine mess you've got me into

You could hardly blame Bruce if he walked, he's had three years of ****e working for a pair of nutters. I appreciate that he's been backed heavily in the transfer market in the past and it could be claimed that he owes the club, but he doesn't need the money and if he's not enjoying it, you can see why he'd decide he's had enough.

I think it goes beyond that. Steve Bruce is professional and wants to be rewarded correctly, just as he will try and get the best investment he can for players. He has shown total loyalty to the man who employed him, he has shown him total respect, under trying circumstances. What will rankle is the lack of respect from his new boss, Ehab. I think the contempt Ehab has for the fans has touched home with Bruce, he will feel tainted by it and will be seriously pissed of at being used as a buffer.

I can't say I am sorry to lose Bruce the manager, but I do like Steve Bruce the man and we can only hope will get someone of his undoubted integrity to replace him.

I think Assem will be thinking hard and long about Ehab's role in all of this. Wings and clipped comes to mind.

When Chapman mentioned Bruce being in tears, it almost had me in tears! I can't wait to hear Brucey's take on all this, I hope he doesn't hold back.

onwards and upwards.
we will get another manager and do better than a relegation dogfight every season.
slumberland warned us, we didnt listen, good riddence.

I realise I'm in danger of setting you off one of your 'you were trying to be clever' rants, but that can't be right, the most watched sporting event in history was the Brasil World Cup final and that was watched by 700m.

Not live. It included delayed transmissions etc. Was in some respectable paper like the Telegraph. According to the council more people watched this nude malarkey, 720million, than that Brazil game. Do,you believe that then?

Leaving that aside, City will be watched in more countries by more people than the horrific bodies which would have been left covered up event.
