I'd like to know then how the **** LFC didn't pick him up cheap... like... I think its a bit of an exaggeration or indictment of transfer policy for past 5 years.

Wijnaldum and Mane are both decent players, but where are they going to play?
 
Have to say quite happy with the early signings (inc Grujic) but underwhemed by Gini and Manninger <yikes> and think we ove4rpaid for Mane.
The squad just feels disjointed and am desperately hoping some sales to open up opportunities to fill the gaps left in the squad.
feeling bit worried about the upcoming season tbh and if a LB ain't signed well Klopp is going to have to work some magic.

It wouldn't surprise me tbh. Early on in the summer there was talk of him going, it did go quiet. I'm thinking it might just happen.
 
Surely people can't moan about manninger. He's 3rd choice and cover for a year, he probably won't even play. Just there until ward has bit more experience and comes back from loan.

I think Wijnaldum is at his best in the No.10 position, so that was what I'd thought tbh.

It doesnt matter hugely but it does mean that they pass a certain way. A right footed pass to the left side is morevlikely to be square whereas a ball ro the right can bevmore positive.

Its the same as a right footed at lb. They almost always control the ball and end up playing backwards just due to body shape.

At this level it shouldn't matter whether you're left footed or right footed when you're a CM.

The amount they get paid the should be able to play on one leg with a bag over their head.
