Dyer has the skills for RB but can't stop thinking, one slide tackle and ping - something's gone!

Prefer to keep him wide forward where there's maybe a bit less need to stretch so often...

    Cardiff fan,

You were definitely the best side last year. Bothroyd can show great skill on the ball plus calmly slot in goals but his tendency to drop out of games when the going gets tough was always frustrating for us.

Dwyer was world class at Newcastle before injuries so you take him in hope.

Look at it this way, instead of coming top now you only need to come 4th bottom.

I cannot see one harder than the other.

    good luck

to be fair, our bench will be good and it will certainly give NW options to change things around....especially if we are beating Chelsea 12 nil and Dave & Hulse are sittng there wondering if they will get on and l score!!

Yep, thanks jck200. Fact is though, maddening as it can be, a lot of prem players blow hot and cold. Watched Chelsea a couple or three times last year and given how much their players cost, there was a fair bit of under-performance going on!

If you help Dave and Hulse by showing them where the net is Ninj, me and Wubba will sort the sandwiches!

Probably right prem strikers don`t turn it on every week while you need more graft in the championship.

After last years disaster I am waiting till the last game of the season this time.

I could see Dyer at right back if we played 3-5-2 like we experimented with in Italy. He then is a wing-back and would be very good imo. I don't like 3-5-2 however!!

However, I would play Dyer in one of the 2 wide places in the 3 behind Bothroyd. Probably Dyer, Taarabt, Cambell with Bothroyd up front. Lots of goals there imo. As bakes says, there is plenty of scope for those 4 to inter-change positions.
