Where do we find these kids? He speaks French, apparently, and we might safely presume that he speaks Danish, German and English passably. He also manages to string together whole sentences. Do you think the Liverpool transfer machine passed him over as being a bit of a smart arse?

As others have said, a real Saints signing. And yes, if he does well, we may be waving him off to Manchester or London, but so what?

Before he even came here, P-E was speaking about finding a club that would fit him at this stage of his development and he also speaks about what he can bring to a club as much as what the club can do for him. Obviously a thinker...he should fit in well. May want to meet JWP.

Then JWP can show him his videos of free kicks in training and free kicks in matches and they can compare and contrast.

JWP does appear much younger...I suppose that comes from being less well travelled.

Found this on HITC about Pierre.
His development under Pep Guardiola should give Saints fans some indication of his quality and at just 20-years old, he is experienced beyond his years, with 63 senior club appearances and 15 caps for his country

In contrast, JWP has 107 senior appearances, but all at one club. And only has experience at U21 level.

Not quite sure you understand. Saints could sell him next week if Man Utd bid £30m and his wages would be tripled. Player can go at anytime if the price is right and the player/agent feel they want to move on. Those facts have been demonstrated time and time again in recent years.

And don't quote the Schneiderlin case to me. He stayed for another year because at the time of his first hissy fit, Man Utd or Arsenal hadn't bid for him.

CBK you may be right.....but let's just enjoy this moment without yor negativity. I really don't know sometimes why you bother posting. As most of your input is so negative surely you cannot be a true Saints fan.

You see, thats what happens when I try to multitask....I was doing a remote software install using my work pc, and using the other hand to type on my phone. If I'd actually taken the time to read your post properly, I could well have unleashed Skynet on an unsuspecting world so good job I had my priorities right

It's ok, I think the unsuspecting world probably already suspects/knows I am not a fashion guru :(

Anyway, as we all know, "You don't win anything with kids".:lipsrsealed:
