It is probably the Yacusa ( think that is the spelling) so not announced cause Humberside old bill might start having kittens.
This Is D.C.I Taylor of Humberside Police, monitoring this thread in relation to a Chinese order placed. For purposes of Educating the force on who to look out for in the upcoming days. Wtf - Is It YAKUZA or YACUSA.? Carry On as You were.:police:

I'm really not sure why multiple people have taken issue with that part of my comment.

It remains to be seen if any bids will be able to meet the asking price, thought to be in the region of £100m, but should none materialise it will be the current regime that continues planning for a new season with manager Steve Bruce. Confidentiality clauses ensure details are limited but a group led by Grieve remains around the negotiation table.

I think the Chinese bought Milan instead?

Maybe there's more than one Chinese consortium in the world.

Could it be its the yanks that have given the Allams the deadline to accept the offer or they'll walk away?

The Americans have made several bids, with proof of funds as the HDM suggest, and have been trying to get this over the line for ages.

The Americans seem brilliant, I'm really hoping that one goes through. Hopefully all this messing about by the Allams is just them squeezing as much money as possible out of it rather than deliberately putting the Americans of because they'd be good for us, but you wouldn't put it past the Allams would you...

Simply because you used "will not" as opposed to "may not" in your original post.

I'm still not seeing the issue.

The HDM said if there is no acceptable bid, then the Allams will be in charge.

I said if there is no acceptable bid, then the Allams won't sell.

Actually you didn't:
Quote: "Final bids must be submitted by Monday, or else the club will not be sold".
No source link included. Hence others responding.

I hope you are right, but you can't post comments such as "The Americans seem brilliant" and "they'd be good for us" without backing up those assertions with facts (and "because they're not the Allams" will not be an acceptable argument!)

Unless you're suggesting I meant the club would not be sold ever? That would be a bit of a silly assumption to make.

The HDM made it clear that if we do not receive an acceptable bid by Monday the club will not be sold this summer. Would you have preferred me to include those two final words? Would that have made things clearer?

They seem brilliant based on what they're doing and saying behind the scenes. Hopefully it goes through and everyone will see.

So you're speculating that they've done something bad at some point.

It's hard to keep track these days, but I guess you're one of those Allam people.

Why not put us out of our misery and just tell us the gist of what is so good about them, I reckon we could all do with some good news (even just a "good rumour" would do me right now).

I mean have they said they'll put £100m in the transfer kitty? Reduce the seat prices? Free Beer for everyone? A Public Stoning of a Leeds Utd fan at half times? All of the above?

Wouldn't surprise me if the Allams have upped their asking price to reflect the weak pound. It doesn't make a difference
to them but it does to the foreign buyer.

You can only push prospective buyers so far and then they turn round and say '**** You'.
