Good Luck <ok>

Has dropped back to a pound above his last winning mark. He had some nice runs last autumn over 7 furlongs and ran a decent race last time over this trip. He handles cut in the ground.

Nile Empress 2.10 yar
Missed the kick on her debut run but shaped nicely to get to the leaders. She didn't see out the trip and this step back to 5 furlongs should see her go close provided she has learn from her first run.

Walnut bread with cottage cheese and spring onions. 8/10.

First mountain stage of the TDF today, can't wait.

My no bet banner will be fluttering in the wind until Cheltenham's open meeting <ok>

Nice to start the day with a winner. She did it nicely to be fair. I also think the jockey could be worth following while he's over here.

Shout Doalittle. Wasn't on today though <wah>

Jeez Oddy, get some decent food into ya <laugh>

I just had 2 prawn fishcakes and some spinach/ricotta pasta...never has something gone into point A and exited at point B so quick...must have been the seafood sauce I used...that's getting the blame anyway!

The seaside squirts ............................ nasty <laugh>

The Peloton are about 6 minutes behind Greg van Avermaet, with Team Sky at the front of it. Looks as if Greg has the Yellow Jersey but how far will he lead by?

Great to see his unbridled joy when crossing the line. Fantastic ride in terrain that reminded me a lot of Yorkshire <ok>. Gives him a nice polster for the Pyrennees and Andorra. Saturday and Sunday are both monster mountain stages, should be great viewing.
