Novinophobia 3.50 cat Has dropped back to a pound above his last winning mark. He had some nice runs last autumn over 7 furlongs and ran a decent race last time over this trip. He handles cut in the ground. Nile Empress 2.10 yar Missed the kick on her debut run but shaped nicely to get to the leaders. She didn't see out the trip and this step back to 5 furlongs should see her go close provided she has learn from her first run.
Walnut bread with cottage cheese and spring onions. 8/10. First mountain stage of the TDF today, can't wait. My no bet banner will be fluttering in the wind until Cheltenham's open meeting
Yep, just about to go to my rehab session now, will be breathing spring onion fumes all over my ergotherapist
Princess Roania at 2.65 in the 14:40 at Yarmouth La Salesse at 7.00 in the 14:50 at Catterick Mischief Maisy at 21.00 in the 15:30 at Lingfield Good luck! http://freebetcalc.com/odds-calculator/patent-calculator?prefill=2.65,7.00,21.00
Nice to start the day with a winner. She did it nicely to be fair. I also think the jockey could be worth following while he's over here.
Shout Doalittle. Wasn't on today though Jeez Oddy, get some decent food into ya I just had 2 prawn fishcakes and some spinach/ricotta pasta...never has something gone into point A and exited at point B so quick...must have been the seafood sauce I used...that's getting the blame anyway!
21 months. Under Spanish law though any penalty under 24 months is an avoidable prison term which is what will happen here. Barca pick up the financial tab and Messi shows a face here and there. Bob's your uncle.
I know Stick gave this one a couple of weeks ago but I'll give it today: Sunlit Waters at Lingfield in the 3.30.
The Peloton are about 6 minutes behind Greg van Avermaet, with Team Sky at the front of it. Looks as if Greg has the Yellow Jersey but how far will he lead by?
Great to see his unbridled joy when crossing the line. Fantastic ride in terrain that reminded me a lot of Yorkshire . Gives him a nice polster for the Pyrennees and Andorra. Saturday and Sunday are both monster mountain stages, should be great viewing.
