Does anyone know what you call wine when restaurants (bars too probably) take a container and go somewhere with a bigger container of wine to fill it up? I had a carafe of this wine a year ago in Greece and I was hammered by the end of the meal which isn't like me. Been trying to remember what it was called since and it's been driving me mad. It's not the name of the grape or anything like that, it's the process of filling a container up from somewhere else that I want to know. I think it began with an 'L', something like left wine.
