I agree. I remember after Carragher left every one was crying out for either Subotic or Sakho. Maybe we will have both soon. All be it an aged version of Subotic. He's always been a calm composed defender and he's good on the ball. Yes an injury prone season but he's just what we need at the back imo.
No he didn't. You couldn't meet a nicer bloke. Will spend hours signing autographs for kids. He was late to a team meeting because he hadn't been told the time had changed. No discipline issues at all.
Don't think he has a discipline problem per se with his temperament. Think its more to do with his time keeping and coming back to the club on time after international games. I know he was definitely dropped out of the matchday squad twice for it. Overall though, Mane looks like a good signing, will suit your team in that you need someone a bit more pacey and direct up there and he's still still pretty young at 24
