Brady and Hendrick were also my first picks a few pages back Bo. Both have looked excellent with Rep.Ireland in the Euros (Brady just put Ireland ahead against Italy), and with Norwich/Derby during the season, and would be a step up on Meyler and our current corner/free kick takers respectively. Also Brady is far better than Robbo defensively and would allow us to accept any crazy (20 mill+) offers for him from the big clubs....although I'd like to keep him. Chessie is showing just how good he is with Wales and if Pulis doesnt rate him maybe we can get him back. I'm sure he'd love to come back. I'd love to get Remy on loan on some sort of wage sharing deal since he's not getting any playing time where he is but Januzaj might be a more realistic option.
Brady going to get a move to one of the top teams the way it's going, shame would have loved to have him back
But was livermores form that good? I'm not so sure it was. That's a hell of a statement to say that about Hayden but then not to play him because Livermore was average at best. If he really rated Hayden he'd have played him aswell
Brady always looked good for Ireland even when he was **** for us, so I'm not reading too much into it.
http://www.hulldailymail.co.uk/no-b...on-retention/story-29433644-detail/story.html no buys, no sales, no buyer, no ticket sales, no fans, no manager, no-one tells them how to run their business, no idea - on the bright side the joining fee goes up after today so if you want to buy one of the thousands of unsold empty seats you have today to do it - well done Ehab
Brady was one of the few that stood up to be counted during our relegation season and played some great football to boot, I was very disappointed when he went as left footers with great technique and very good defensive and attacking attributes aren't ten a penny. If he had just been a little bit luckier with his tremendous free-kicks he would have more or less helped keep us up. It's a shame him and Robbo couldn't build an unstoppable partnership on the left for me, circumstances dictated that it didn't happen.
Agreed - Bruce's tactics and the inadequacies of those he was playing with diminished Brady's contribution significantly.
Roofe would cost Tigers £3 million HULL City will no doubt be in the market for a whole host of options before the Premier League campaign begins in August, with Oxford United forward Kemar Roofe one man on a huge list of names linked with the Tigers. http://www.hulldailymail.co.uk/hull...tory-29435727-detail/story.html#ixzz4COihIZCV
Not sure what you mean. I didn't mean he was **** in general for us, merely that he was consistently good for Ireland even when in bad form for us.
I don't know where you are getting the bad form for us part from thats all, he only had one poor game I saw in his last two seasons with us and that was in Europe and due to early season rustiness, was at fault for Trencin scoring early doors. Other than that very consistent. When he joined us he was raw but that's to be expected, Chester was the same as was Dudgeon who was very unfortunate with injuries
His free kicks and corners were poor. He had several poor games in our first pl season that I saw live, admittedly while struggling with his groin. He was dropped from the team in our second season so not sure he only had one bad game.
